SCHOOL HOURS
The normal school hours are 7.00 am to 3.00 pm. Monday to Friday. There will be breaks for Public Holidays. (Early Drop-in, Late Collection and extended stays can be managed under our After School Scheme) with a grace period of 1 hour till 4.00pm. There are charges for picking up your child late.
WITHDRAWAL
Parents must give at least one month’s notice of their intention in writing to withdraw a child, otherwise a full month’s fees will be payable.
UNIFORM
Apart from the prescribed school uniform (see Director for details), extra clothing for changing (underwear) if it becomes necessary, should be brought each day for children under age 3.
BIRTHDAY
We will be delighted to share the important occasion of your child’s birthday in school. Advanced notice (3 days) should be given before the date.
FEES
There is a one off administration fee payable on registration. Tuition fees are paid monthly during the first week of every month.
MEALS
Nutritious, freshly prepared, well balanced, Home Based meals will be provided as optional and affordable cost
EVENT
The centre is available for rental for special events, including birthdays.
REQUIREMENT
Please contact the Director for details of sanitary and other items which should be provided for each child on daily or monthly basis. All items should be marked with the child’s name.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF CHILDREN
Parents or other adults should bring the child to school and handed over to the teacher on duty. The child can be collected from school between 3.00pm and 4.00pm. Special arrangement can be made for collection after the official time.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMME
The After School Programme is open to Pre-School children at the Oheneba Centre and outside, from age 0 to 4 years. Facilities provided include, meals, child wash, and play. Children in our Pre-School may extend their stay from 3.00 to 7.00pm. The After School Scheme is also available to Pre School Children from other Schools.
The normal opening hours are: 3.00pm to 7.00pm; Monday to Friday.
We will offer safe, stimulating learning environment for children from school.
